Return, refund and replacement
You are important to our Lubrigyn™ Team! And we want you to know that we will do everything we can to check the accuracy of your order prior to shipping. However, if you have received an incorrect product, the product was damaged during shipping or you don’t like the product for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 60 days and include in the email:
- Your name
- Last name
- Order number
- The email that you used at the time of the order
One of our representatives will be promptly in contact with you to resolve the issue, whether you need a replacement or a refund.
